Rachael founded RN Legal Coach & Search in 2017 in a climate of enterprise and adventure. It directly responded to growing client needs and was further fuelled by her professional evolution at that time.

Having always been fascinated by people, Rachael has a natural interest and curiosity about how clients think and what drives them. Over the years, she has witnessed the changing relationship between lawyers and employers across multiple sectors. She has also seen her clients' lives positively transform - in part due to her guidance - as she supported them through significant career changes, re-locations and promotions. And it was watching them grow in confidence at these key moments of human flourishing that spurred Rachael on and helped her to realise that coaching had to be at the front and centre of her business.

Credentials. Qualified. Commited.

Knowing this, she enrolled with The Coaching Academy, Europe's leading coaching institution, to undertake several years' intensive study to qualify. As a result, she received coaching qualifications, with distinctions in personal development and corporate and executive coaching. She went on to complete additional coaching qualifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming to become an NLP Practitioner and has trained and qualified as a fully Certified DISC coach. Rachael also holds a Law degree and Solicitors Finals qualifications.

Previously in her career, Rachael was Partner, Director, business developer, coach and key member of a global, senior leadership team at a renowned legal search firm, which grew internationally prior to a successful exit. She subsequently established search practices for a national legal recruitment firm and boutique consultancy.

Overall, Rachael's experience has provided her with significant insight into the legal and corporate worlds, which greatly inform her coaching work and underpins the foundations of RN Legal Search and Coach.

Today, Rachael regularly coaches and mentors current and emerging leaders. She still turns her hand to fulfil the most complex, senior legal search brief, where her considerable experience and influential legal networks provide client solutions and access to the finest legal talent.

Relationships are at the core of all Rachael does. Another priority is to discover ways her clients (and she too) can find the critical balance between enjoying success and happiness at work and in life.

On her continuous journey of self discovery and professional improvement, she wears multiple hats - MD of her own business, a parent, a daughter, a sister, a friend, an aunt and a volunteer. She lives in North London, leading an active life with her two fantastic sons and works hard to ensure quality time is spent with them both. She also enjoys great conversation; loves the thrill of trying something new; has made house renovating much more than a hobby and she likes to write when she can. She recently joined the 'puppy revolution' in the last lockdown and delights in taking 'Patch', her chocolate brown lab, for long walks.
